Arbeid.ai partnered with SevenLab to create the first integrated AI and intervention-management system for the Dutch absence-management (verzuim) sector. The goal was to consolidate fragmented workflows into a single platform that empowers case managers, labour experts, and HR specialists with legally-grounded AI tools. The solution needed to handle sensitive Dutch labour law requirements while ensuring strict EU data residency and sovereignty.
Professionals in the Dutch reintegration sector face a crushing administrative burden, managing complex multi-party dossiers involving employees, physicians, and insurers. Producing mandatory documentation like labour-expert reports, second-track assessments, and objection letters is a manual, time-consuming process spread across disconnected systems. Furthermore, the high sensitivity of medical and employment data required a secure infrastructure that keeps all AI processing strictly within the European Union.

SevenLab developed a sophisticated all-in-one platform using Vue 3 and Supabase, featuring a suite of custom AI agents tailored for Dutch labour law. We implemented a self-hosted LiteLLM proxy to orchestrate EU-based Gemini and Claude models, enabling automated report generation, intelligent dossier analysis, and real-time conversation transcription within a secure, multi-factor authenticated environment.
