Kleentec, a leader in industrial cleaning for the food-processing sector, required a digital solution to replace their paper-based safety training systems. With a high-churn, multilingual workforce, they needed to ensure every worker received precise, safety-critical instructions in their native language while maintaining a rigorous, exportable audit trail for compliance and food-safety certifications.
Training was previously managed via paper checklists and physical signatures, leading to inconsistencies and language barriers for non-Dutch speakers. Workers often received irrelevant information for machines they did not operate, and the lack of a centralised audit trail made compliance monitoring difficult. Safety instructions were not reliably understood, increasing operational risks in high-stakes food-processing environments.
