AI implementation beyond the demo
You do not need another list of AI ideas. You need to know what works with your people, documents and systems. SevenLab helps turn requirements and feasibility into custom software, with clear evaluation, ownership and operating responsibilities.
Start with one real workflow. No obligation.

From a buying question to an operational application
Choose a process, not just a model
Map the current steps, cost of mistakes and recurring exceptions. Agree a measurable outcome with the process owner. Sometimes an existing product is enough; sometimes advisory work should come before development.
Assess data and integration access
Examine representative documents, permissions, data quality and available APIs. Naming an ERP, CRM or SharePoint requirement does not establish a working integration. Record access approvals and technical dependencies.
Make uncertainty testable
Use a bounded proof of concept to resolve a specific assumption. Agree what a correct result looks like, where a person reviews it and what evidence would justify stopping rather than continuing to build.
Plan production and handover
Assign release approval, incident response and maintenance. Agree usage costs, code ownership, operating documentation and exit terms before the application becomes part of daily work.
When does a custom AI partner make sense?
An AI development partner is relevant when a distinctive workflow does not fit standard software. Examples include recurring questions from technical documentation, processing case files or preparing tender responses. The right solution might be an agent, an application or a small integration.
If you need general AI training, want to try a standalone chatbot or can use an existing product feature, a custom project is not automatically the right next step. Start with the systems you already have and the uncertainty worth resolving. Public-sector, SME and Flemish organisations each need their own assessment of process, rules and responsibility.
