Sena required a sophisticated solution to streamline the artist claim process, where performers submit evidence to claim their rights. The goal was to build an intelligent agent capable of evaluating diverse evidence types, including Spotify profiles, photographs, and legal PDFs, to provide instant feedback to human reviewers.
Reviewing artist claims was a labour-intensive manual process prone to bottlenecks. Human agents had to manually verify Spotify links, cross-reference metadata in PDFs, and visually inspect photos to ensure authenticity. This high volume of unstructured data led to long processing times and inconsistent evaluation criteria across different claim types.

SevenLab developed a custom AI agent that uses multi-modal processing to analyse claims in under sixty seconds. The system integrates OCR for document extraction, computer vision for photo analysis, and web-scraping for real-time Spotify data validation, providing human reviewers with a pre-analysed score and detailed feedback.
